The obligation to know and practice the precepts of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality at Work are of all Members and Subcontractors. Leadership functions at all levels are responsible for the implementation and dissemination of these commitments. This policy is communicated to all members of UTC through integration lectures, notice boards, posters or banners and is available to stakeholders on the UTC website. The Integrated MSL Policy is systematically discussed internally to maintain its adequacy, in the critical analyses carried out by the Senior Management.

In its 46 years of history, UTC Internacional has worked in the sectors of electricity generation, steel, mining, celullose and paper among other industrial segments, in addition to oil and gas. There are more than 1000 contracts with evidence of the company's success.
New contexts and challenges led the group to adopt, from 2016, a segmentation strategy to better serve the markets it covers.
This segmentation resulted in the implementation of a new CORPORATE STRUCTURE, shown in the figure below, in which the holding company UTC Participações S.A. controls 6 operating companies.
The Group has implemented corporate governance instruments and procedures that give independence and agility in the financial and technical management of the companies' projects. At the same time, our Governance ensures alignment of values, principles, and business objectives between all companies.
There are demands from clients who, due to their specificity, require that the resources and capabilities of the Group's companies be combined and coordinated. The Group maintains procedures that reflect its experience in mobilizing complementary resources and thus optimizing responses to projects with complex and multi-dimensional challenges.
The Group recognizes the importance of the knowledge accumulated by the people who are part of it. Thus, we maintain systems and routines to ensure that this knowledge is shared and codified in the form of new procedures for all co-sister companies. We believe that this culture is the great driving force of our technological differentials and, therefore, of our economic growth.

Founded as a holding company in 1997, UTC Participações S.A. controls UTC International, Constran Internacional, Cobrazil, Cliaporto, and MAPE. It offers solutions for projects to clients throughout Brazil, especially in the areas of industrial assembly, infrastructure, oil and gas (onshore and offshore), ship repair, logistics, heavy construction, industrial construction and real estate development.
